Administration and fees

Duration - Seminars are planned to be delivered over a whole day. However, the content can be tailored to suit local circumstances.

Location - Normally seminars will be held in a training or conference room in the employer's offices, with the host organisation making appropriate lunch and refreshment arrangements. Off-site seminars can be arranged if preferred.

Numbers - To ensure that staff benefit to the fullest extent, a minimum of 6 and maximum of 12 participants is recommend (plus partners for Retirement and Redundancy programmes, but not to exceed 18).

Cost - Fees will be based on seminar duration and numbers attending, and will be agreed in detail at the outset.

Style - All seminars are relaxed and encourage participation through informal contribution.
